Reporter Michael Finney from KGO radio interviews CALPIRG Executive Director Emily Rusch about a new proposed rule to allow consumers to sue their banks for wrongdoing. The new CALPIRG-backed rule is the biggest move yet by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the agency created in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform bill back in 2010 to look out for the best interests of consumers.
