Californians have been punished enough for the lack of a budget. Holding legislator bills hostage is one thing, but not signing AB 3034 in time is denying your constituents the ability to vote for the best High Speed Rail project possible. The action you take on AB 3034 will not have an effect on this year's budget. But it will have a large impact on the November election.
